Montea Comm VA. is a property investment company (SICAFI – SIIC) which specialises in the leasing, development and acquisition of logistics and semi-industrial buildings in Belgium and France. This asset class offers the highest returns in the property sector.

At 31/12/2009, the company's portfolio totalled 380,678m² distributed over 33 sites with a total value of EUR 206,3 million (see Property Portfolio).
Montea Comm VA has been listed on the NYSE Euronext Bruxelles and Paris (NYSE Euronext /MONT/MONTP) since it was founded in October 2006 by the Pierre De Pauw family, which has over 40 years' experience in the industry.
Montea is a member of AFILOG (the French Association of Logistics Operators) and the VIL (Flanders Institute for Logistics).
